Before installation: A ready site is level, clear of obstructions, accessible to the delivery and installation crew, and supported by an acceptable installation surface. Concrete pads must be properly sized and suitable for the ordered structure. The customer is responsible for permits, foundations, concrete, grading, leveling, clearing, and other site preparation before the installation crew arrives. An unready or inaccessible site may result in return-trip, restocking, and related charges under the order terms.
