Manufacturer purchase-order terms

Norcal Carports is the dealer and order-coordination contact. Best National Carports manufactures, delivers, and installs the structure. A quote request is not a completed order, and website prices are planning references until the project and site are reviewed.

Before purchasing, review the current manufacturer purchase order in full. It contains the controlling terms for acceptance, deposit and cancellation rules, payment timing and methods, change orders, delivery and installation, permits and site preparation, additional charges, warranties, claims, and dispute resolution. Payment timing, accepted methods, fees, and warranty coverage must be confirmed in the current purchase order. The signed purchase order controls if a website summary differs.
