Installation Surface / Foundation *

Choose the surface planned for installation. The surface affects the anchors used for your building; concrete, grading, and site preparation are separate. Norcal Carports installs on a prepared, level site but does not pour concrete or perform grading. Review foundation planning.

Crucial Site Levelness Rule: Your installation area must be level within 3–4 inches before the crew arrives. Unlevel sites cause frame binding or crew return trip fees ($150–$200 or 15–20%).

Permits, Site Readiness & Timing (optional)

Permit requirements vary by city or county. The property owner confirms requirements and obtains any required permits. It is fine to choose “Not sure yet.”

Dimensions (optional)

If you know them, enter width, length, and height in feet. Leave them blank if you are not sure.
